Perpetual blend since 2010 of the estate's wines (pinot noir, chardonnay, pinot blanc), drawn with an extract from the 2017 harvest.
Vinification The perpetual blend is aged in casks while the harvest ferments naturally in barrelsand in vats, thenmaturedfor a year on the lees before racking and refrigeration. Bottled in the fall.
Disgorging the bottles are disgorged in successive batches from January 2020.
Extra raw dosage (<3g / l) without added sulfur.
Blend pinot noir (60%), chardonnay (30%), pinot blanc (10%).
Harvest 2017 (85%), reserve wine 2010-2016 (15%).
Wine 12 months on lees in barrels (75%) and tanks. Wild yeast fermented and malolactic achieved.
Bottled on October 2019.
Disgorgment bottles are disgorged since January 2020. Dosage extra brut (<3g / l) SO2.
