Marie wasn't able to make reds in 2020 because of an attack of Japanese drosophilius. To address the issue she decided to not macerate the reds and do a direct press of Gamay and Grolleau, straight to cement for fermentation and elevage. 15ppm at bottling.
A true multi-seasonal rosé. Fleshy, red fruit (plums, apple flesh) with structure & minerality.
