Dark berries + bubbly.
A dry and earthy rosé pet nat, composed of 100% old vine Gamay. Violets and cranberries galore in this serious, ruby-hued concoction. With an elegant bubble and backbone of minerality, this wine is both easy-drinking and subtly serious at the same time.
- Marie Thibault is a self-made vigneronne who entered the wine world after getting degrees in oenology and biology.
- Marie is one of the first winemakers to visit Domestique, and we affectionally call her the Queen of the Loire.
Vibes with:
- A Reuben sandwich with lots of Russian dressing.
- Trick Mirror.
- Flea market shopping.
