This Pét Nat is a part of Geraldine Bollman and Florian Moll’s passion project, Trub: Stoff. If Florian Moll’s name sounds familiar, that’s because Florian is part of the dynamic natty German wine duo - Enderle and Moll. A combination of citrus and flowers, this Pét Nat is composed of 100% Muller Thurgau, and vinified in the ancestrale fashion.

Enderle and Moll are German iconoclasts, and produce what some consider to be the best expressions of Pinot Noir in all of Germany.
They were one of the first producers to practice biodynamic farming and natural winemaking in the Baden region.
Müller-Thurgau is a crossing of Riesling and a rare grape called Madeline Royale, resulting in a very aromatic grape.
