Terroir: Lower part of Corton hill, very rocky clay soil
Viticulture: Organic and biodynamic methods
Vinification: Entirely or partly whole-cluster pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation in wooden tanks, delicate punch-downs with feet. Aged for 12 months in barrel (1-6 years old). Fined once before bottling.
