From a small parcel in Gaillac, dedicated to organic practices and growing the local varietal Braucol (otherwise known as Fer Servadou). Mixture of clay, limestone and gravel soils, and harvested completely by hand. The extended maceration period creates a structured, beautiful, serious wine.
