Mosel Riesling from a young pro
Julian Haart studied under some of the best Riesling winemakers in Germany, and is exacting about his own wines. This bottle delivers the racing citrus and acid you want, plus pure slate and a touch of herbal zest. A wine not to be missed.
- A dry wine despite a whiff of residual sugar.
- Named for the barrel it came in: A Fuder, or 1000L barrel, all of which was bought by and bottled in conjunction with Stephen Bitterolf of Vom Boden.
Sourced from 25-year-old vines in the Grand Cru Goldtröpfchen vineyard.
