This wine is made within the Touraine appellation but intentionally declassified to Vin de France.
This wine is named after Noëlla's two grandmothers Marie and Rose. The Cabernet Sauvignon was ripped out in 2019; 2018 will be the last vintage of this wine.Winemaking:
Direct press. Ferments in fiberglass and bottled with 22 grams of sugar. Secondary fermentation continues in bottle, with the trapped C02 creating a natural carbonation. Disgorged after 24 months sur lattes.
