Your go-to casual bubbly.
This sprightly, silvery, sulfur-free sparkler from Hervé Vllemade is composed of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Menu Pineau and 25% Chenin Blanc. Aromas of racy citrus interwoven with ginger, saffron, and hay. With its frothy bubbles, the Bulle Blanch is the ultimate food-friendly, everyday bubbly.
- Hervé Villemade took over his father’s plot of vines in 1995, and developed a very serious allergy to sulfur in 1997. During the year 2000 he decided to convert his property over to organic viticulture.
- The vines of Chardonnay, Menu Pineau and Chenin Blanc are 25 years old on average.
- The grapes are direct pressed in enamel-lined tanks before being racked twice; when 20 grams of residual sugar are left, the wine is bottled and aged for 24 months prior to being disgorged.
