Maguey varieties: Agave inaequidens

Probably the greatest alchemist among mezcal producers: he likes to explore all the possibilities in his creations, whether they are "natural" or distilled with an ingredient. Enthusiastic and humble, Jorge represents the spirit of the great Michoacan producers. Jorge only works with Alto maguey ( Agave inaequidens ) which yields almost half the average for agaves. From a ton of maguey you can only get between 30 and 40 liters of mezcal.
