Braucol from two different plots from 30 year old vines. While one plot's harvest went through tradition fermentation, the other grapes went through whole bunch carbonic fermentation and then they were blended and aged. Its juicy, structured, and a little spicy so we think it needs a slight chill.

Domaine Plageoles was founded by Robert Plageoles, who prided himself in bringing back lost indigenous grapes to the region of Gaillac.
The terroir here is made up of limestone, clay, sand and silex soils.
Braucol is a rare grape in Southwestern France that is sometimes called “Fer” which is French for iron.
