“Not all who wander are lost.”
Indomiti’s Ramingo is a wine that’s about the journey. A blend of Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc that were macerated for 3 days in fiberglass tanks, unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulfur additions. This breezy, flinty and green wine tastes like a literal breath of fresh air.
