Riesling and Sylvaner
- Bruno Schueller is the cousin of famed Alsatian winemaker Jean Ginglinger and son of another famed Alsatian winemaker, Gerald Schueller. While he inherited his father's meticulous manner of viticulture, he challenges classic Alsatian winemaking techniques to fit his vision. Together, they farm 10 hectares of vines.
- Surrounded by dense forest and mountains, the family domaine in Husseren-les-Chateaux was built in the 1960's but Bruno has been maintaining it since the mid 1990's and was one of the first in Alsace to produce natural wine.
- He also inherited two Grand Cru vineyards: Eichberg and Pfersigberg
- While the vineyard is farmed biodynamically, Bruno decided to not seek certification that could restrict his process.
