Unfined and unfiltered wine -- lots of herbal and citrus peel vibes. Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig are the team behind Les Lunes and Populis. They vinify their wines in the basement of Shaunt’s parent’s home in Orinda, just east of Berkeley.
