The “Grapes Of Wrath” is an orange wine that comes from a small plot of native, non-grafted vines that are 80-90 years of age in Bethlehem. These vines were initially destroyed by boulders to make a road, yet managed to grow back between the cracks. Grapes of Wrath was vinified with minimal intervention, and is a complex and serious wine that is a testament to resilience.

Philokalia is a rare winery located in Bethlehem that was established in 2015 to showcase the distinctive terroir and native grapes of this region.
Palestine is considered one of the oldest wine regions in the world, and its winemaking history dates back 5,000 years.
The name Philokalia means “love of the beautiful and the good.”
The wines are fermented in black clay jars.
