“The different souls of the Caribeean merge together into a Jazz rhythm of the twenties. Intriguing color/ Stimulating noise, with hints of mushrooms, shades of hummus undergrowth and wet foliage in a second moment stand out with shades of powder cream and nutmeg. Like the brass and strings in a New Orleans old days bands, on the palate alternate spicy and marine tones, so strong that it seems to take a walk in the Midterranean scrub. Custard, peanut butter and hazelnut.”
