This rum comes from Fritz Vaval, a second generation producer at Arwaks Distillery. The rum itself is produced from pure cane juice and fermented spontaneously with wild yeast. A beautiful expression of terrior, it smells of trash banana and mango peels, but is both intense and easy on the palate. It's just as dynamic as the playful label with notes of sun dried herbs, flowers, rotting fruit, and salt. A little funk for those eager to try something made with the hands and spirit of the Haitian people.
