Patrick Bouju began his winemaking career in Auvergne over 20 years ago when he created Domaine La Bohème. With several plots throughout the village of Glaine-Montaigut, Bouju selected his 120-year-old vine Gamay d’Auvergne for this sparkling rosé.
Red berries and bubbles bring a balance of sweet, tart and tingly to this pet-nat; as a result, ‘Festejar!’ lives up to it’s label and truly is a ‘celebration’ of flavor perfect for every and any party this holiday season. Cheers!
