This juicy field blend of Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, and Grenache Blanc was co-fermented with zero sulfur added. The vines were organic and biodynamically farmed from clay and limestone soils within the Languedoc-Roussillon. A glou that is plenty floral with just a bit of tannins to add an unexpected pop.

Domaine Jean-Baptiste Senat formed in 1995, when Jean-Baptiste left his life as a student in Paris and chose to pursue natural winemaking.
The vineyards have two very different terroirs: clay over limestone and lentilles silencieuses de garrigue.
Jean Baptiste is considered one of the natural winemaking pioneers in Minervois, and crafts distinctively drinkable, terroir-driven wines.
