- 85% mixed garden apples from Fyn and 15% Reine Claude plums from Western Zealand. The plums were stomped and macerated for 18 days before blending with the apple juice. Wild ferment in 1000L poly tanks.
- Bottled October 2022 with 13 g/l RS finished fermentation in bottle.
- Undisgorged, minimal sulfur at bottling.
