Benedicte and Stephane Tissot’s wines reflect the Côtes du Jura’s terroir like a mirror, capturing all its nuance and idiosyncrasies. This blend of 40% Trousseau, 30% Poulsard and 30% Pinot Noir was macerated from 1 to 3 months, mostly in large wooden vats and the wine was unfiltered with no sulfites added.

He took over for his father, André, and decided to change the course of the winery by converting it to Biodynamic viticulture in 2004. Stéphane comes from a winemaking family and works the vineyards with his wife Benedicte.
