At Samaroli this is perceived as a "Speyside-style" rum with echoes of the characteristics found in the famous Scotch whiskies of that region of Scotland.
On the nose, notes of freshly-made dough and candied citrus. Aniseed, cinnamon, lime, and honey follow on the palate with a mineral, salty finish.
Bottled in Scotland in June 2017 from select cask N.2. Just 288 bottles in 750 ml size.
