100% Cotton from Brouilly was among the the first cuvees ever made by Pierre Cotton, and is sourced from family holdings just outside of the village of Odenas. A lighter and fresher take on Brouilly, aged in underground foudres originally built to hold beer, and repurposed for wine in the 1960s!

After working as a motorcycle mechanic for a short period of time, Pierre Cotton returned to his roots - no pun intended - and reclaimed one hectare of vines from his family’s plot. Pierre currently works with his partner, Marine Bonnet, who joined the domaine in 2020. Cotton’s terroir is located within a unique parcel of the Côte de Brouilly that consists of a special pink granite and diorite, which Pierre claims is found nowhere else within the region.
