Soft, serious and drinkable Cabernet Sauvignon.
The EZYTGR 2021 is a blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% other grapes sourced from 40-year-old, organically-farmed vines planted within the Columbia Gorge AVA in Washington. The vines were sourced from a thin, top layer of loess and were 60% fermented prior to the free run juice being added to finish fermentation off the skins. A crowd-pleasing, juicy, red wine with major jammy fruit vibes.
- Ovum Wines is an Oregon-based producer that was founded in 2011 to craft Oregon white wines that are an “honest reflection of time and place.”
- The vines thrived in 300 feet of elevation, and were fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel.
- The wine underwent daily pumpovers to accentuate a fruity profile.
- Putting cranberry sauce on everything.
- Backyard grill outs.
- A Tiger King marathon.
