Capitoline is made by hand in small batches, aromatized with a series of botanicals with which we intend to create a balanced and unique drinking experience. Unlike most commercial vermouth production, our base wines are carefully selected as a critical part of Capitoline’s foundation. We fortify with a lovely red winter wheat spirit distilled at New Columbia Distillers by our friends and partners, Michael and John.
