Les Lunes Carneros Cabernet Sauvignon is an even split of Cabernet and Merlot from clay soils in Carneros. The resulting wine is Bordeaux-inspired, and has just as many secondary aromas of dark florals as it does of cassis and blackberries. A seriously structured and ageable red with just the right amount of freshness.

Shaunt Oungoulian and Diego Roig teamed up to create Les Lunes in an effort to craft natural wines that epitomize an ageworthy, classic, California style.
The two friends vinify their wines in the basement of Shaunt’s parent’s home in Orinda, just east of Berkeley.
Shaunt and Diego lifted the house to make sure the cellar had enough room for barrel stacks.
