The Vaillons 2018 is perfect for an occasional bout of wine-related wanderlust. The Vaillons is sourced from four different parcels – Minot, Epinottes, Séchet and Chatain. This wine spends six months in neutral oak, to add body yet preserve the wine’s slightly tropical, fruity qualities. 2018 was an incredible vintage across the board, resulting in a wine that can easily hang for ten years.
