Le P’tit Blanc comes from biodynamically farmed Chenin Blanc vines grown on schist soils in the Coteaux du Layon AOC. The grapes are hand harvested, then the wine undergoes natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with around a week of partial skin contact (not to make an orange wine, but to nourish and feed the yeasts and ensure a wine that finishes dry).
