'Boomerang' Côtes du Jura is the ultimate Jurassian blend -- an even split of Ploussard and Trousseau, two indigenous varietals to the region. Both vines were sourced from two separate vineyards, and were harvested by hand prior to being vinified in oak casks. This fruity, gauzy wine is perfect for folks looking to broaden their horizons and explore the offerings of the Côtes du Jura.

Jean Baptiste Menigoz began his career as a teacher in Arbois working with special needs children while making natural wine with Raphael Monnier in his spare time.
Eventually, he took an apprenticeship with the legendary Jura producer Stéphane Tissot, and made the transition to winemaking full time.
Bottes Rouges is made up of the dynamic duo, Jean-Baptiste Menigoz and Florien Kleine Snuverink, a former restaurant manager turned vigneron.
