This wine, farmed and vinified in harmony with nature, comes from the North side of Mt. Etna Volcano. The time that has passed for these 70 years old regal vines is the most important author of a profound and traditional wine.

95% Nerello Mascalese, 5% Nerello Cappuccio, from Contrada Allegracore Randazzo. Alberello trained vineyards, 70 years old, recently organized espalier.
700 metres above sea level.

After de-stemming the grapes are macerated for 14 days, fermented in tanks, then aged tanks (70%) and old barrels (30%) for 18 months.
