The quintessential Languedoc red.
Sometimes “tradition” is a good thing, and such is the case with Clos Fantine’s Cuvée Tradition. This blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Mourvédre is dappled with red, punchy fruit and plenty of garrigue. A true testament to the plump and rustic wines of the Languedoc that we all know and love.
- Clos Fantine is run by three siblings, Corine, Carole, and Olivier Andrieu who have run this property since their father passed away in 1997.
- No sulfites are used in raising these wines.
- All wines are vinified parcel by parcel, with grapes fed whole cluster into large concrete vats.
Vibes with:
- Late autumn leaf peeping.
- BBQ beef burgers.
- Clear bubble umbrellas.
