100% Fiano from 90-year-old vines in Southern Italy's Campania region. The wine received its namesake, “Gaia,” as an homage to Mother Earth. White florals, crystalline minerality, and a chalky spine make up this surprising orange wine.

Cantina Giardino was founded by Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola, who sought to rehabilitate abandoned old vineyards in the hills of Irpinia.
The Fiano vines are planted 500 meters above sea level, in a mixture of clay and limestone soils.
The wine macerates on its skin for two days, ages one year in a mixture of chestnut and acacia barrels, then rests for two years in bottle upon release.
