Season 18|19. A truly specatacular blend of organically harvested raspberries slowly macerated on young lambik and then finished in the bottle with organic honey. For this specific raspberry, we used summer raspberries. We kept the maceration at three months. The one- and two-year-old lambics come from three barrels and three different brews. Final fruit intensity of 332 grams of raspberries per liter of raspberry. During bottling, some honey was added (two grams per liter).
