Pause Canon Rouge is just Gamay - nothing else. And by that we mean no sulfites, no enzymes, and no additives of any kind. This super pure, gluggable wine from natural wine pioneers Gilles Azzoni and his son, Antonin, was macerated whole bunch for ten days before pressing, and aged in stainless steel vats to keep it fresh and bright. Pause Canon is a liquid magnifying glass showcasing the distinctive terroir of the Ardèche.

Le Raisin et L’Ange (The Raisin and the Angel) is helmed by father/son duo and leaders of the Natural Wine movement from within the Ardéche – Giles and Antonin.
The two are big proponents of Organic farming, and using Certified Organic grapes from local producers.
The Ardèche is an IGP region south of the city Lyon, that includes more famous appellations like Saint-Joseph and Cornas.
