Based in Serrières en Chautagne, I take care of the estate made up of 5 hectares of vines and woods. On the steep slopes of glacial molasses of the Gros Foug range, the vines and I draw vigor and complexity.
Mainly in one piece, the estate, managed according to the principles of Steiner, is a haven of biodiversity and tranquility living to the rhythm of the constellations.
Through the fermentation process, the wines are accompanied without artifice until the bottle, providing emotion, and reflecting the terroir.
