100% Gruner Veltliner
This Grüner is picked from three separate sites and blended. They are pressed whole bunch and fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and fruit character. The resulting juice spends around two months on the lees to add body and another layer of complexity. It screams out with classic hallmarks of the grape, with chervil and white pepper coming to the fore. There is also a bit of citrus, pear, and the snappiness of passionfruit. Acid washes over the palate wave after wave, and the finish on this wine leaves you wanting that next sip, or that next bite of your meal.
