This elegant and aromatic blend is composed of 60% Rolle (aka Vermentino) and 40% Grenache Blanc from 70-year-old vines with 7 to 14 days of skin maceration.
Flo Busch originated in 2018 when owner/vigneron Florian Busch moved to the South of France after attending wine school in Germany.
He chose this region after meeting his wife Paola, an herbalist, who he fell in love with.
The vineyards here are beautiful and full of life, and one can often find native plants thriving amongst the vines like native fennel and wild arugula.
Florian is all about picking as early as possible to avoid creating flabby, high-alcohol wines.
