Macvin du Jura is a sweet, fortified wine made by adding grape spirit to freshly harvested and partially fermented juice. The Bottes Rouges Kilt is composed of ⅔ directly pressed Chardonnay and ⅓ Eau de Vie Marc. The wine was aged for one year in tank.
