Vinification Method: Grapes are direct pressed to make a rosé. The wine ferments spontaneously in concrete tanks and spends 6 months settling. After that the wine is transferred to bottle with an addition of unfermented juice from the same vintage to finish fermenting in bottle as a sparkling rosé."
