Old vines of 50 years for the Ugni Blanc and 100 years for the Clairette. The small quantity of Vioginer is macerated 10 days to give depth to the blend. Gravel and calcareous sand. Carbonic maceration for 10 days, fermentation for 10 months in stainless steel and in fibreglass tanks on fine lees. 0.5 ha parcel of sandy and limestone soils, south-facing.
