This powerful - yet warm - Chenin Blanc from Les Rosiers is soul warming. The fruit was sourced from biodynamically farmed Chenin Blanc vines within the Jasnières appellation in the Loire Valley. The wine was barrel fermented with native yeasts, and a quarter of it was aged in new oak for one year for added structure. There’s just a bit of RS in this puppy, but the high acidity balances out the fruit leaving a beautifully textured wine.
