Bojo lovers meet your new bubbly bff.
A Pét Nat composed of 100% Gamay from the Loire Valley, made in the ancestrale method by rising star winemaker Marie Rocher. Marie entered wine by way of publishing, and after spending years writing about the stuff decided to try her hand at making it! Refreshing and crisp aromas of flowers, red fruit, with loads of acidity.
Marie Rocher was a wine writer for many years before becoming a vigneronne, and was trained by Pascal and Moses at Les Capriades.
- The Gamay is sourced from Francueil, further west along the Cher River.
- “La Valseuses,”directly translates from French to, “the waltzes,” because the bubbles dance about in the glass.
