California-based Broc Cellars has done it again with this diamond bright sparkler, composed of 87% Chenin Blanc and 14% Muscat, sourced from Paso Robles and Santa Maria Valley. Loads of freshly picked lemon aromas with a racy mineral throughline pulse throughout this Pét Nat. This bubbly beauty is surprisingly low in alcohol at 11% - making it the perfect pre-dinner refreshment!

Winemaker Chris Brockway moved from Nebraska to California because he was drawn to its brambly Zinfandels.
Chris picks before what is considered “ripe” in California because he is not drawn to the “bigger is better,” style of wine.
The wine was fermented until dry, then Chardonnay must was added to sweeten the bottled juice until it warmed up, kicking off secondary fermentation prior to being disgorged by hand.
