From 20-year-old vines planted to .2ha of sandy soils in a vineyard called Amoreira da Gandara, the grapes are vineyard sorted with hand-harvesting at the beginning of September. Maceration lasts for five days in plastic eggs followed by three weeks of fermentation that takes place in plastic eggs without temperature control. The wine spends the entire time on lees without stirring and is bottle while fermentation is still continuing with 10 g/L. The final total residual sugar is 0 g/L. Unfined and unfiltered.
