Anne was named after Natalino’s wife, Anne, and according to Jules Dressner, she makes one of the best Eggplant Parmesans you’ll have in your entire life.
- Vines have been in Natalino Del Prete’s family for generations, and he currently works 10 hectares of indigenous Puglian vines.
- He grows Primitivo, Negroamaro, a bit of Malvasia Nera and Aleatico.
- Anne was fermented and aged in large concrete tanks underground, keeping a fresh and fruity quality to this wine.
- Negroamaro is a very dark wine with loads of black fruit characteristics, and dried herb aromas - perfect for Syrah folks who want something different.
