The folks at En Cavale love Zinfandel, because to them nothing epitomizes California’s spirit quite like this grape. The Zinfandel for this wine is sourced from the Suisun Valley, an area very much reminiscent of old time California, with rolling pastures and oak trees. This wine is a nod to the Clairet-style of Zinfandel that was popular in the 1970s and ‘80s.
