This yeasty, funky Pét Nat is composed of 100% Bombino, one of Puglia’s native grapes. Though Bombino is typically a misunderstood grape, the folks over at Tenuta Demaio really know how to bring out its personality. The resulting Pét Nat is a thirst quenching, crunchy bottle of bubbles with major apple cider vibes.

Antonio Demaio comes from a long line of growers, and spent his childhood pruning olive trees and working in vineyards.
In 2010 he renovated the family’s old farm and converted the property over to Organic Viticulture in 2013 with his son-in-law, Giovanni.
Bombino was considered a high yielding, neutral grape but is having a resurgence in the region for its clean, floral and high acid qualities.
