This Pét Nat is composed of Chenin Blanc from the Noizay within the Loire Valley’s Vouvray region. Domaine du Facteur translates to “Domaine of the Postman,” and the cuvées are all named after postmen who would ride their bikes and deliver the mail. In France, it was tradition to offer a glass of wine to the postman after you received your mail – you can imagine how fun things got by four in the afternoon!

Domaine Le Facteur is Mathieu Cosme’s natural wine project that he helms while working at Domaine de Beaumont.
Mathieu is a fifth generation winemaker.
The eleven hectare Domaine is Certified Organic, and uses Biodynamic farming methods.
