Shake it, bb.
The brothers Brand have done it again and created another crushable, sprightly, zippy little Pét Nat that tastes like watermelon mist. This blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Portugieser from the Pfalz, Germany, is done in the ancestrale method and sourced from biodynamically farmed vines that thrive on limestone soils. Both brothers recommend that you shake this Pét Nat - just a little bit to incorporate everything - and then wait.
- The Brothers Brand - aka Daniel and Jonas - are two winemaking wünderkinds from the Pfalz region.
- Their father, Jürgen, inspired them to farm in an environmentally conscious way, and as of 2018 the vintage was certified organic.
- Their vineyard is full of life, it’s a garden of wildflowers and is absolutely stunning - and pure hell for people with allergies.
- The Brothers are currently experimenting with zero/zero winemaking – stay tuned.
