The Piak! Blanc takes its name from the noise you make when you are thirsty: PIAK!
It’s 100% Cabernet Franc, a red grape pressed without skin contact, and a rare version of a blanc de noir from the Loire Valley. The technique is commonly employed in Champagne, but it's found few and far between in other regions of the world. The
results are truly unique -- a zesty, high acid white that will surprise your friends when
you tell them it's Cab Franc.
